Returns and Refund Policy

Each GESIRA piece is prepared with care and intention. Should you nevertheless wish to return your order, we ensure a clear and considered process.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receipt, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise this right, you must register your return via our return portal.

Return Portal

You have 30 days after delivery to register your return. Once registered, you have 14 days to ship the item back.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

– unused
– undamaged
– in original condition
– returned in original packaging

Returns that have not been registered via the return portal cannot be processed.

If a returned item shows signs of use or damage, a reduction in refund value may be applied.

Hygiene products and sealed items may only be returned if the seal remains intact.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, GESIRA will cover the return costs.

Responsibility remains with the sender until the return has been received. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Unregistered or unpaid returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

All payments received, including standard outbound shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received, or until proof of return has been provided — whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
