At OnlyWoman, we believe it's important that you're satisfied with your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within the statutory return period.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) acquires physical possession of the product.

To exercise this right, you can send us an unambiguous statement, for example by email. This can be done via:

After your notification, you then have another 14 days to return the product.

Returns Policy

• The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

• Hygiene products and sealed items can only be returned if the seal has not been broken.

• Always include your order number and contact details in the package.

How do returns work?

1. Register your return

Enter your order number and email address to initiate the return.

2. Receive return instructions

After registering, you will automatically receive the correct return address and shipping instructions by email.

3. Pack and ship

Please repack the item in its original packaging and use a traceable shipping method once you receive the return address.

4. Confirmation and refund

After receiving your return, you will receive the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method.

Important : Never send your return to the shipping address on the packaging.

 

Costs

• The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

• If the return is the result of an error or defect, we will of course cover the costs.

Refund

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including any standard delivery costs for the outward shipment, no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your cancellation.

• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods (whichever is the earliest).

• Refunds will always be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Additional information

• Returns are always at the customer's risk.

• We advise you to always provide your return with a track & trace code.

• We cannot process unstamped or untraceable returns.
