What is the delivery time?

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

For the rest of Europe, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days.

For handcrafted or made-to-order pieces, delivery may take slightly longer. The exact delivery timeframe is always stated on the product page.

Each item is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. This attention to detail ensures the standard of quality you may expect from GESIRA.


Will I receive Track & Trace?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link by email, allowing you to follow your delivery.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

You may register your return easily via the return form.

For hygiene reasons, sealed items may only be returned if the seal remains intact.
